Jakub F. was sentenced by the Czech justice to a suspended prison sentence and the confiscation of his PC after being found guilty of distributing illegal copies of Windows and other types of copyrighted software. Jakub distributed the software on various forums for eight years until he was caught. In addition to the prison sentence, the Czech also received a fine of over 223,000 USD, which he was unable to pay. So the Business Software Alliance decided to give him a chance: the pirate must publish a movie on the Internet in which he tells his story, and if the movie reaches 200,000 views, the fine decreases drastically.
