The right to request rectification or erasure of personal data: you have the possibility to request the data controller to rectify inaccurate personal data, complete incomplete data or erase your personal data if (i) the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were initially processed (and there is no new legal purpose), (ii) the legal basis for the processing is your consent, and you withdraw your consent provided that there is no other legal ground for the processing, (iii) you exercise the right to object and the controller has no legitimate grounds for continuing the processing, (iv) the data have been processed unlawfully, (v) erasure is necessary for compliance with EU or Romanian law or (vi) the data were collected in relation to information society services offered to children (if applicable), where specific consent requirements apply;
