Many people ask what it is Office 365. Because it's not just a new version of Word or Excel and PowerPoint. Every time we try to find the shortest and most comprehensive definition for work platform which is actually Office. I love that Office 365 comes as a very natural extension of face2face communication. Having everything integrated makes it very easy to switch between different communication channels.
For example, after I finish writing a specification document, I send it to my colleagues by uploading it to OneDrive. Then I have access to it directly from the computer in the meeting room where we discuss how we will implement it. We make changes in real time, without having to worry about managing a lot of versions or syncing the document to my PC.
Throughout the day, we communicate the details on Skype and manage to quickly identify bottlenecks. Screen sharing allows us to inspect the developed code in tandem.
At the end of the day, I share on Yammer the results of my work or the articles that helped me overcome difficult problems.
