2. And yet the PowerPoint moves

You have a slide with various objects in it. Make a copy of it. On the second slide, move the elements where you want them. When you play the presentation, the objects will move smoothly to the new position, like in an animated gif.

3. Search the web directly from Word 

You no longer need to open a browser to search for something on the internet. Just click on the word, then select "Smart lookup" and a Bing search window will appear within your document.

4. Pay with PayPal directly from Outlook

Access your PayPal account to send money to friends via email with the PayPal extension for Outlook. It's available for Office 365 users, but the extension can also be used by those with Outlook 2013. Find the extension on the Office app Store.

5. Book an UBER directly from your Outlook calendar

With the new Uber Outlook extension you can set up a Uber reminder. This reminder is sent to your phone at the pre-set time, with your destination already included. All you have to do is tap on the notification to confirm your order with Uber.

6. Schedule an email to be sent for any date you want

You can do this through the Boomerang app, which allows you to set the date and time the email goes out. Also, if you haven't received a response to the email, Boomerang reminds you to follow up.

7. You manage projects – or in Romanian, project management

Microsoft has launched the new Microsoft Planner feature in the Office 365 edition. It's like a combined task list for the whole group. The free Office Lens app for iOS and Android turns your phone's camera into a smart scanner. Take a picture of notes on a whiteboard or a physical document, and it will read and transfer the information to Microsoft's note-taking app, OneNote.
