IThis weekend, Google and the state of Massachusetts managed to make COVID-19 tracking apps even creepier by automatically installing them on people's Android phones.\u00a0<\/a>Numerous comments on Reddit, Hacker News, and in-app reviews claim that \u201eMassNotify,\u201d the Massachusetts-based COVID-19 tracking app, was automatically installed on their Android device. All without the user\u2019s consent.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
